An assassin shot at former President Donald Trump while he was speaking at a campaign rally last night. The shot grazed Trump's ear, one attendee was killed and at least two critically injured The shooter was shot dead by the secret service.
Where: Butler, PA (30 miles north of Pittsburgh in Western, PA)
When: Saturday night around 6:10 pm while Trump was speaking
Who: Shooter believed to be Thomas Matthew Crooks, 20 of Bethel Park, PA. More to follow.
An AP analysis shows the shooter was able to get astonishingly close (about 130 yards) to the stage where Trump was speaking.
