Green & Tonic, a Darien chain of 6 plant-based food offerings, will open in Old Greenwich by the end of the year. The Old Greenwich location at 239 Sound Beach Avenue will be it's largest store with over 30 seats. The menu which has been mostly vegan, will now include offerings such as salmon, chicken and eggs.
