Riverside and Old Greenwich made the list of the top ten towns to live in Connecticut. But Riverside ranked only #8 and Old Greenwich ranked only #10.
Most of the top rated towns were in the Hartford area, including number one ranked West Hartford and number two ranked Glastonbury Center. Could it be that it helps to be located where the money is near the State Capitol?
