If elections were cleaned up in Bridgeport, would CT have different leadership?

Bridgeport City Councilman and Democrat, Alfred Castillo is not happy with the Democratic party. He is among five Democrat political operatives arrested this week by the State of CT for a variety of election charges. The others charged include city council members Maria Pereira, and Jazmarie Melendez; and Democrat Vice Chair Wanda-Geter Pataky and campaign staffer Margaret Joyce

Castillo's defense? He was just "following the orders of the Democratic Party" to help turnout for local Bridgeport candidates. Castillo also cited Governor Ned Lamont (D), US Senators Richard Blumenthal (D) and Chris Murphy (D) and Congressman Jim Himes (D) as beneficiaries of his efforts to turnout the Bridgeport vote.

The charges include forging signatures, possessing absentee ballots, changing votes after being cast, pressuring electors how to vote, registering non-citizens and harvesting absentee ballots for dumping into designated drop boxes.

Between the Lines - Move along CT, nothing to see here.
