The newly renovated Hyatt Regency in Old Greenwich will be ready in November 2024. The $40 million in renovations include the pool and fitness center, a new Glenna's Cafe, Townsend Bar in the garden Atrium with 2,300 plants (800 more than before), 374 guest rooms with modern outlets and a new lobby fountain.
The building was the 1920's headquarters for Conde Nast Publishing's printing operation. The corridors and guest rooms will feature magazine covers and colors of the era.
