Thanks to the Greenwich Patch for this story. Is anyone surprised that the CT Menstrual Equity in public school law effective Sep 1, 2024 requiring boy's bathrooms grades 3 to 12 be equipped with free tampons, would result in immediate vandalism? This law added $2 million to the State Budget. See the Youtube of CT Sen Sampson attempting to amend this to remove the men's bathroom language, but it was still voted down by the majority. Doesn't make sense.
